Cameron Alderson Director


Our work and the results we achieve speak for themselves. We deliver award-winning projects and have developed long-standing relationships within the industry. 

Cameron’s previous positions include Development and Marketing Director, Mirvac, Victoria and General Manager, Stockland, Victoria where he lead the growth of that business in 2001 to 2008 from $20 million in end sales value to over $1 Billion.

He held the position of Victorian Division Vice President and Councillor of the Property Council of Australia from 2006 to 2010. In 2008 Cameron led a study of global housing affordability trends which underpins his passion and depth of understanding of the design and delivery of smaller homes, faster methods of construction and government policy relating to housing affordability.

Cameron has a Bachelor of Building Construction Management from RMIT and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Andrew Evans Director


We take pride in bringing together talented people from across the industry who are able to elevate ideas to achieve the best possible outcomes for our partners and customers.

Andrew co-founded canopi homes in 2008 with fellow director Cameron. Andrew has over 20 years in the development industry. Through his voluntary work and interest in social and environmental sustainability, Andrew understands the need to integrate the physical, economic and social design of communities. He is able to apply this knowledge to each stage of the development process from acquisition, through design and to completion to the highest of standards.

Over the years Andrew has accumulated many industry awards across a range of projects. Andrew’ is held in high esteem within the industry where he is respected for his strategic thinking and detailed delivery expertise.

He has a Bachelor of Building Construction Management and a Graduate Diploma in Property, both awarded with distinction from RMIT.
